We clean the furnace cabinet, the heat exchanger, and the AC coil area in a single visit. The blower motor comes out and gets cleaned blade by blade — most quotes leave it in, but dust on the blades reduces airflow by up to 25% and makes the motor work harder for less heat.
On high-efficiency units we check the condensate drain and inspect the secondary heat exchanger. We replace your furnace filter while we are there. No HE surcharge, no AC surcharge.

The Standard uses an air gun on every supply vent and a back skipper through the trunks. The Deep Clean adds an octopus whip agitator in the trunks for stubborn buildup. The HyperVac H2 stays connected throughout, pulling debris out of your home and into the truck.
Lint buildup in dryer vents is a leading cause of house fires in Canada. We clean the full vent run from the dryer to the exterior exhaust using rotary brushes and compressed air, then verify airflow.
Main floor dryer vent cleaning is included in The Deep Clean. With The Standard, it is a $69.95 add-on for main floor, $149.95 for second floor, or $199.99 for rooftop. If your Deep Clean home has a second-floor or rooftop vent, the upgrade is $59.95 or $99.95 respectively.
If your home has a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) or energy recovery ventilator (ERV), the core and filters accumulate dust and need periodic cleaning to maintain airflow and indoor air quality. We clean the unit, replace filters where applicable, and verify operation.
HRV cleaning is included in The Deep Clean. With The Standard, it is a $59.95 add-on.
Our Equipment
The HyperVac H2 lives in the Ford Transit. We run one hose from the truck to the main supply duct in your basement, and it pulls every vent in the house at once. Debris comes up the ducts, down the hose, into the truck. Nothing gets staged in your living room.
