Covers both The Standard and The Deep Clean.
30 days from the date of service.
Applies to the work we did - not new debris, renovation dust, or ducts we weren't contracted to clean.
We re-clean the area you're unhappy with. We do not charge for the second visit.

On-time, guaranteed.

If we arrive more than 15 minutes after the end of your scheduled arrival window, you get a free 3-pack of MERV 11 furnace filters - sized to your system, delivered before we leave.

The scope

Triggers at 15 minutes past the end of the arrival window you were given at booking.
Filters are MERV 11, 3-pack, sized to your furnace by the tech on-site.
Delivered before the tech leaves your home. You don't have to call in to claim it.
No weather carve-out. No traffic excuses. Late is late.

How to invoke either guarantee

For the on-time guarantee, you don't have to do anything - the tech owes you the filters on the way out.
